New specialists join the Audientes team

We are delighted to announce that the Audientes team is growing. This month, we welcomed two new employees, within the areas of User Experience and Design, to help us bring our self-fitting, smart and affordable hearing aid to market.

Christian Kraft

Christian Kraft joins us as our new Head of UX. Christian has deep experience as a senior UX expert. He began his career as a UI Software Chief at Sony Mobile before joining Nokia Corporation in Copenhagen in 1996. There, Christian held a number of senior roles including UI Designer, Product Planner and UX Program Manager. In 2010, Christian shifted gear to work as an author and diving instructor in Thailand before returning to Nokia in 2012 to take up a position at their Beijing office as a UX and Innovation expert. Additionally, Christian has many patents in his name. Christian and Audientes first crossed paths in 2014 where he worked on the original product concept UX. He then accepted a UX Tech Lead role at Nilfisk Denmark in 2018 before joining the Audientes team this September.

“Returning to Audientes was a no-brainer for me. I have had a deep belief in our mission and our product since it’s early inception. I am delighted to join the team and look forward to helping to create an outstanding user experience for our customers.”

Vytis Baranauskas

The marketing and communications team also has a new addition this month with Vytis Baranauskas joining us as Senior Graphic Designer. Vytis has a background in graphic design, product design and interactive technology. He ran his own company for several years, based out of Copenhagen where he consulted on the aforementioned as well as visual design communication and market entry. He then joined Star Global in 2017 as a Senior Graphic Designer before moving into consulting again in 2019 where he helped design and build the Audientes website and our recent IPO collaterals.

“This is a great opportunity for any designer. To join a company at this early stage is an creative’s dream as it means I get to be part of building the brand’s visual identity. It also means a lot to me that we have such an important global mission. To be able to come to work and know that what I’m doing has the potential to impact millions of lives for the better, is simply fantastic.”
